Each item in our shop has an individual delivery time .

We do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time .

If you order multiple items, delivery will be based on the product with the longest delivery time . This way, you receive everything in one package – efficient, environmentally friendly , and without double shipping costs.

Only card payments are accepted on-site until 3 PM . If you pay online , you can pick up your order until 4 PM .

Please note, however, that our office is only staffed until 3:00 PM – after this time please contact the Sanotechnik office directly.

You must return the goods received to us immediately , but no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your cancellation .
