It can happen that the ordered item is not to your liking. The material is different than expected, or it simply doesn't suit the space you envisioned. We offer a service allowing you to return items within 14 days of delivery to report and ship the issue.

You must return the goods you received from us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. We will refund the return value within 14 days of receiving the return.

Return shipping costs & conditions

For bulky items, return shipping costs of €99 to a maximum of €599 apply. The same conditions apply as for delivery. Collection is from the curb. The shipping company will notify you either by phone or email with a collection date.

End of the cancellation policy
Please note that we are not obligated to accept returns of obviously used goods. Furthermore, please be advised that we may claim compensation for any damage to the goods caused by you.
