This product is made from a special kind of hardwood: mango wood from India.
This type of wood is truly sustainable as it is a by-product of an already thriving industry: mangoes.

The mango wood is sanded and coated with a sealer and wax to protect it from water stains.

-Occasionally wipe with a slightly damp or dry duster without strong seams to avoid scratching.
-Do not use detergents or cleaning products containing ammonia.
-Drip wax into the wood for a nice shine and natural protective finish. This also prevents the wood from drying out.
-Mineral oil (wood oil) can be applied with a cloth. This creates a protective surface over time.
