For millennia, heat has been used to improve well-being and alleviate musculoskeletal complaints. Discover for yourself the relaxing and regenerative effects of heat on body, mind, and soul.

Regular sauna use has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system, promotes blood circulation, and can relieve muscle tension. The intense heat increases blood flow to the skin, which stimulates metabolism and supports the body's detoxification processes. The alternation between heat and cooling also strengthens the immune system and trains the blood vessels.

Even after exercise, a sauna session contributes to faster regeneration, as lactic acid in the muscles is broken down more quickly and tension is relieved more easily. This can reduce the risk of injury and increase performance.

Sauna technology

Temperature range: classic saunas reach temperatures between 70 and 95 °C .
Humidity: usually low (approx. 10–30%), can be temporarily increased by pouring water over the plants.
Infusions: the relaxing effect is further enhanced by the addition of essential oils or herbs.

Our wood types

HEMLOCK
Hemlock is a softwood characterized by very low resin content and a high degree of knot-free wood. Besides its light weight, it has a uniform color and a subtle yet attractive grain.

CEDAR
Natural oils in the cedarwood impart a pleasant fragrance. Its warm, natural color makes it appear particularly vibrant and elegant.

SPRUCE

Spruce wood impresses with its good thermal insulation, dimensional stability, and suitability for outdoor use. Visually, it captivates with its light, natural grain and a timeless, high-quality wood appearance.

Wood is a popular building material, characterized by its high strength, low weight, and versatile workability. As wood is a natural product, natural characteristics such as variations in grain or color may occur despite careful material selection and state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques. These are not grounds for complaint. The utmost care is taken during production, packaging, and transport. Since hemlock and cedar are relatively soft woods, minor dents, insignificant scratches, or fine cracks cannot be ruled out and are not grounds for complaint.

Please check the packaging dimensions before purchasing and ensure that the packaging can be carried to the installation location. (Saunas and infrared cabins are sometimes prefabricated components and cannot be disassembled.)

The delivery location must also be accessible by truck.
