Each item in our shop has an individual delivery time .

We do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time .

If you order multiple items, delivery will be based on the product with the longest delivery time . This way, you receive everything in one package – efficient, environmentally friendly , and without double shipping costs.

📦 If you select "Collection" at checkout when ordering, you can expect to be able to collect your goods from the next working day .

Revocation & withdrawal

You must return the goods received to us immediately , but no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your cancellation .

The film applied to acrylic bathtubs and shower trays is merely a dust protection film, which is necessary during the production process. This film protects the tub from minor external damage or other external influences, such as during transport and installation. In order to detect any damage to the acrylic caused by transport or handling in a timely manner before installation, it is imperative to remove the protective film.
