We work with a partner who has many years of experience in the field of large and technically complex products. Specially trained staff assemble the product professionally. To ensure everything runs smoothly, all necessary tools are readily available, as well as almost all spare parts, should the need arise. After assembly, a functional test is always performed. We leave nothing to chance.

- Delivery and installation times are typically 14-21 working days from receipt of order.
- Assembly work is carried out professionally by a specially trained team.
- Delivery and carrying to the installation location included.
- Goods inspection upon receipt

GENERAL DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY CONDITIONS
- Minimum room height 20 cm greater than the mounting object
- The installation site must be freely accessible.
- The installation surface must be level and the floor covering must be classified as (flame-retardant for infrared cabins) tiles, stone, concrete.
- For electrical connections, a socket (separate circuit, minimum 16A fuse) must be accessible and available. We do not undertake electrical work.
- For electrical connections, we assume plug and play options; we disregard connections that involve installation or configuration work.
- Sufficient access to the assembly areas must be ensured. (Door width - room height - wall condition - sufficient drywall thickness - no crumbling walls)
- The connection of the sauna heater is not included.
- Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be carried out on site. Services are billed at an hourly rate of €126 and are payable directly on site.
