- Anything beyond 50 km along a single route is available upon request. However, this only applies to the federal states of Burgenland, Vienna, and Lower Austria.
- Delivery and assembly times are usually 14-21 working days from receipt of order.
- Assembly work is carried out professionally by a specially trained team.
- Delivery and carrying to the installation location included.
- Goods inspection upon receipt.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The minimum room height must be 20 cm greater than the mounting object.
- The future installation site must be level, and sufficient access to it must be provided. Be free. (Take into account door widths, room heights, and, if applicable, the condition of the walls.)
- For electrical connections, we assume plug and play options; we disregard connections that involve installation or configuration work.
- The water connections must be present and functional.
- We do not undertake any plumbing work (laying pipes - replacing pipe inlets and outlets).
- For bathroom furniture, the walls must be straight and the load-bearing capacity must be ensured.
- It is not possible to work on granite and stone walls (cutting, cutting out, etc.).
- We reserve the right to refuse installation or to charge for additional expenses retroactively if the information provided is incorrect or the conditions are not met.
- Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be billed on site at an hourly rate of €126 and must be paid directly on site.
