We are looking for a member of our front office team to join our headquarters in Wöllersdorf as soon as possible .
In our small team, we need employees with multiple superpowers and a desire for new challenges.
Your tasks:
- You answer email and telephone inquiries from our customers
- You look after guests and customers
- You support the entire team in organizational and administrative tasks
- You collect and issue invoices for our customers in the showroom
- You record transport damage
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- As a direct contact to our customers, you are largely responsible for the success and satisfaction of our customers at HOME 36
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or similar
- First experience in front office, front desk, reception or similar desirable
- You are known for your helpfulness, always remain friendly, and respond empathetically to our customers' requests.
- You love social contacts, radiate enthusiasm and empathy, and are passionate about your job.
- You work independently and conscientiously and think solution-oriented.
- You are reliable, flexible and take responsibility.

The gross salary for this full-time position starts at €2,350. To ensure the salary is right for you, we offer an appropriate additional payment based on your qualifications and experience. This will be agreed upon in a personal interview.
