We are looking for a Front Office employee for our company headquarters in Wöllersdorf to support our team as soon as possible.
In our small team, we need employees with multiple superpowers and a desire for new challenges.
Your tasks:
- You answer email and phone inquiries from our customers.
- You look after guests and customers.
- You support the entire team with organizational and administrative tasks.
- You process payments and issue invoices for our customers in the showroom.
- You record transport damages.
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail.
- As the direct contact to our customers, you are crucially responsible for the success and satisfaction of our customers at HOME 36.
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or similar.
- Initial experience in Front Office, Front Desk, Reception or similar is desirable.
- You are known for your helpfulness, always remain friendly, and respond empathetically to our customers' inquiries.
- You love social contact, radiate enthusiasm and empathy, and are passionate about the job.
- You work independently and conscientiously and think in a solution-oriented way.
- You are reliable, flexible, and take responsibility.

The gross salary for this full-time position starts at €2150. However, to ensure the salary matches your qualifications and experience, we offer an appropriate overpayment. This will be agreed upon in a personal interview.
