The deep heat of infrared rays also has an effect in sports. The warmth of the rays can penetrate all layers of skin and reach the muscles, tendons, and ligaments. This warming helps keep muscles, tendons, and ligaments supple, thus reducing the risk of injury during sports. Additionally, the deep heat of infrared rays increases metabolic rate and ensures greater physical resilience.

Infrared deep heat utilizes the beneficial effects of raising our body temperature. In a gentle way, our body is warmed from the inside by 1-1.5°C, creating a healthy, artificial fever. This elevated temperature stimulates our immune system, helping the body to fight off pathogens and alleviate numerous ailments.

Ceramic emitters - IR-B, IR-C: The radiation is concentrated in the immediate vicinity of the emitter. The emission temperature is high. Operating temperature: 40-45°C.

Carbon magnesium heating plate - IR-C: The radiation is distributed over a large area. Pleasantly low temperature, recommended operating temperature of 40-45 °C.

Full-spectrum radiators - IR-A, IR-B, IR-C: These radiators cover all three types of infrared radiation and are very similar to the sun's heat radiation. They are very similar to solar heat radiation, albeit in a reduced form.

Our wood types
HEMLOCK

It is a softwood characterized by very low resin content and a high degree of knot-free wood. Besides its light weight, it has a uniform color and a distinct, but not overly pronounced, wood grain.

CEDARS

The natural oils in cedar wood have a unique fragrance. Its natural color gives it a vibrant appearance.

SPRUCE

Spruce wood impresses with its good thermal insulation, dimensional stability, and suitability for outdoor use. Visually, it captivates with its light, natural grain and a timeless, high-quality wood appearance.

Wood is a popular building material, characterized by its high strength, low weight, and versatile workability. However, because wood is a natural product, unavoidable characteristics (structure or surface texture) can occur in practice, despite careful material selection and state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques. These cannot be claimed as defects.
The utmost care is taken during production, packaging, and transport. However, because hemlock, cedar, and spruce are particularly soft woods, pressure marks, minor scratches, and cracks may occur.

Please check the packaging dimensions before purchasing and ensure that the packaging can be carried to the installation location. (Saunas and infrared cabins are sometimes prefabricated components and cannot be disassembled.)
